The images from the AIRIS® II High Performance Premium Open MRI system are comparable to, if not better than, images from a closed MRI system. When open MRI systems were new, about 10 years ago, there were some problems with the quality of the images being produced. But new state-of-the-art technology has dramatically improved the quality.
